Erica Ahn

Erica Ahn began studying piano at the age of five and violin at twelve. She studied at Douglas College as a Violin Major with a Piano Minor, and received violin training under Angela Cavadas. She has also achieved RCM Piano Grade 9 certification.

Since 2001, Erica has been teaching private violin and piano lessons to students ranging from elementary to high school ages. She enjoys working with children and strives to create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment for every student.

Erica has performed with the New Westminster Symphony Orchestra and the Vancouver Korean Symphony Orchestra, and has also served on a church worship team for over 15 years.

She believes music is a meaningful way to share joy, confidence, and creativity, and hopes to inspire students to discover the happiness that music can bring into their lives.
