James Gonzalez is a classical singer, conductor, and music educator based in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Music from Vancouver Community College, where he specialized in classical voice performance and conducting. During his studies, he was awarded multiple scholarships in recognition of his dedication, musical achievement, and artistic growth.

Drawing on years of performance experience as a soloist, chorister, and conductor, James brings a practical and encouraging approach to every lesson. He offers instruction in voice, piano, and music theory, tailoring each lesson to the student’s goals, experience level, and learning style. Whether you’re just beginning your musical journey or looking to refine your skills, James strives to create a supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop strong technique, and enjoy the process of making music.
